Andria Beach
Andria Beach is a Housing and Community Development Executive with more than 20 years of experience leading impactful initiatives across municipal government and nonprofit sectors. She currently serves as Executive Director of the Miami Metropolitan Housing Authority and Miami County Community Action Council, where she oversees housing programs, community services, and federally funded initiatives serving diverse populations.
Throughout her career, Andria has managed multimillion-dollar budgets, administered complex HUD-funded programs, and built cross-sector partnerships that strengthen neighborhoods and expand housing stability. Her leadership spans community engagement, grant strategy, organizational development, and public policy implementation.
Previously, she held leadership roles with the City of Lima and City of Kettering, where she advanced innovative housing programs, increased community participation, and secured critical funding resources. She is known for her ability to translate community needs into actionable strategies that deliver measurable results.
Andria holds a Master of Business Administration from Indiana Wesleyan University and a Bachelor’s degree in International Economic Development from The Ohio State University..
